A MESSAGE FROM THE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Two years ago, we launched the inaugural ACAT in Nairobi, Kenya, in response to the need for high-level STI-focused discussions. The simple idea that sought to increase and amplify voices of support for wider technology adoption is bearing fruit.

I thank you all for the collective efforts that led to the success of the inaugural ACAT 2023 and now I welcome you to yet another exciting ACAT forum in Kigali, Rwanda. #ACAT2025 will continue the structured conversations and consensus-building on game-changing agricultural technologies, ideas, and policies to promote agricultural transformation on the continent.

AATF believes that the agricultural sector is the foundation of Africa’s economic growth and development. Farmer-centric technology solutions, implemented in a fitting enabling environment, will deliver productivity, improve livelihoods, and ensure economic empowerment.

We look forward to your participation in this pivotal event as we seek to transform Africa’s agriculture.

See you at #ACAT2025 in June!
