She is an accomplished professional in documentation and information services. Since 2010, she has excelled as the Head of Documentation and Information Services at the National Commission for Science and Technology, overseeing the entire process of managing Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) information. With an MSc in Electronic Information Management from the Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Demography from the University of Malawi, Gift Kadzamira combines academic rigor with practical expertise.

Her commitment to growth is evident through her ongoing studies in the African Leadership Course in ICT (ALICT), aimed at advancing knowledge society development across various sectors. Her career highlights include directing the Information Resource Centre at the US Embassy in Malawi and progressing through roles at the University of Malawi Libraries, culminating in the position of College Librarian. Her influence extends beyond her roles, as she’s a board member of the National Library Service and an active member of the Malawi Library Association.
