Conference participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements at the conference venue or nearby hotels.

All participants are required to register for the conference prior to their arrival. The registration process can be completed online through the conference website. Please ensure that you have received a confirmation email after registering. On the day of the conference, please bring a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation for easy check-in.

During the conference, refreshments and meals will be provided to all registered participants. A variety of options will be available to accommodate dietary restrictions. If you have specific dietary requirements, please indicate them during the registration process or contact our organizing committee.

The conference dress code is business casual. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a light jacket or jumper, as meeting room temperatures may vary.

We will refund 50% of the amount paid thirty days before the conference. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

We are offering group discounts. A group between 5 and 25 will enjoy a 10% discount, while those more than 25 will get 20% off.
