Emmanuel is a highly intelligent, creative and proactive professional equipped with a blend of dynamic leadership and managerial skills perfected over 20 years of international experience in planning, managing and directing humanitarian and development programmes and in guiding policy development and reviews. As an experienced development and humanitarian manager and advisor, he has taken on progressive res responsibility adapting quickly and thriving in various challenging and complex environments. His leadership ability is proven in a wide range of contexts and he is known for being able to quickly earn the trust of colleagues, partners and community members. He maintains a solid strategic vision, while never forgetting the importance of achieving real changes for the individuals amongst the communities being served.

In addition to management and director roles, Emmanuel has also been engaged in facilitating in-depth analyses and evaluation of programmes/ projects; advising communities, implementing agencies, donors and governments to ensure quality engagement in project cycle and other processes; leading strategy development; establishing accountability and quality management systems; assessing value for money; and promoting equitable partnerships. Emmanuel has a blend of leadership gift-mix which includes negotiation and diplomatic skills and he is an excellent and effective communicator (written & oral), Leader, Manager (of people, finances, information and other asset), Policy/ Strategy formulator and implementer, Coordinator, Negotiator, Fund-Raiser, Capacity/Team-Builder and Trainer of others in all cultural contexts. Emmanuel is fully computer literate.

Emmanuel has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Master of Science Degree in Development Economics from University of London.
