Kenneth Obayuwana is the National Director of International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS). He is a dynamic global speaker, creative thinker, and business strategist committed to inspiring positive change. He is the executive director of Positive Impact Africa, an ideal development and performance enhancement organization with a mission to raise youth who will stand to make a difference and produce a positive result in all their endeavors and with the mandate to maximize the potentials of youth and utilize it for them. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Director of KrixtoBax Limited, an agro-processing company producing Baxto Dried Catfish and Baxto Fufu Flour. Kenneth is deeply involved in various capacities, from being a board member of EyesofAfrika TV to his role in the Boardroom Institute and as a fellow of the African Young Leaders Fellowship Program. Holding an executive MBA in Leadership and Management from the Accra Business School, he is also an alumnus of Fate Foundation. His accolades include Entrepreneur of the Year and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019, along with an Outstanding Leadership Award. Passionate about leveraging agriculture for social impact, Kenneth recently earned a scholarship from Agripreneurship Alliance to study Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness. His commitment extends to international partnerships, as seen in his ambassadorship with UK-based organization TheirsWorld. As the Convener of the "Africa Farmers Convention" and President of the Africa Chambers of Smallholder Farmers, Kenneth continues to be a prominent figure in the agro industry, utilizing media platforms to speak on agricultural issues and champion self-development.
