Ms. Elizabeth Gulugulu

Program Project Manager, African Youth Initiative on Climate Change, Zimbabwe

Elizabeth Gulugulu is a strong advocate for indigenous solutions to indigenous environmental problems. She is an MSc candidate in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture with a BSc in Environmental Science. She is the Project Manager for African Youth Initiative on Climate Change in Zimbabwe (AYICCZim) She is highly experienced in youth mobilization for Climate Smart Agriculture activism and research in sustainable agricultural solutions. Elizabeth Gulugulu has participated in two United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Bonn Germany COP 23, Madrid Spain COP25, a Green ticket winner to the Climate Action Summit in New York 2019 and has  spoken on high-level fora and moderated different sessions at UNFCCC conferences, and other International and National conferences. She has an interest in sustainable farming, building resilient communities, Climate action, youth empowerment, and women empowerment through advocating for sustainable projects and renewable energy use.
